- The price of the stay in winter season includes parking, transport of luggage and people (people only uphill) and at a specified time.
- In winter season only one-week stays from Sunday to Sunday.
- Bedroom for one is available only from 1st April to 30th November (CZK 1500/person/night/half-board).
- Unfortunately dogs are not allowed. If someone come with dog we do not accomodate him.
Arrival, beginning of the stay
- In the winter period the arrival is always on Sunday between 13:00 and 14:00 at Starý Mlýn hotel, there is a parking lot.
- We do not take up any foods, drinks, dogs and unpacked luggage (igelit bags, unpacked ski shoes etc.)
- Individual transport of luggage and persons is possible according to the previous agreement for a fee.
- In summer period there is a possibility of individual arrivals and parking by the building only for accommodated guests because we are situated in the 3rd zone of KRNAP national park, so each car that parks here has to have a permission that will be obtained after the arrival at the place (the price is CZK 100 per car / 1-7 days). We ask our guests to respect KRNAP management regulations.
Cancellation policy
- If the order is cancelled prior to 30 days (including) before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total cost of the stay.
- If the order is cancelled between 14 to 30 days (including) before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the stay.
- If the order is cancelled in the period from 13 days prior to the date of arrival (including), or if a visitor doesn’t arrive on that day at all, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost of the stay.
