- In winter period we provide only one-week stays from Sunday to Sunday.
- The price of winter stay includes parking, transport of luggage and people only uphill at a fixed time.
- Dogs are not allowed.

Arrival, the beginning of a stay
- In winter period the arrival is always on Sunday between 13:00 and 14:00 at Starý Mlýn hotel, here is a parking lot including free service available. Individual transport of luggage and persons according to previous arrangement for a fee.
- In summer period there is an option of individual arrivals and parking by the building, but since we are located in the 3rd zone of KRNAP, each car that parks here has to have a permission that will be obtained when arriving at the place (the price is CZK 100/car/1-7 days). We ask you to respect KRNAP management regulations.
Cancellation policy
- If the order of stay is cancelled prior to 30 days (including) before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total cost of the stay.
- If the order of stay is cancelled prior between 14 to 30 days (including) before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the stay.
- If the order of stay is cancelled prior to 13 days before the date of arrival (including), respectively if a visitor doesn’t arrive on that day at all, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost of the stay.
